Particularly tasty is butter leaf lettuce, with dried cranberries, diced apple, pine nuts, and crumbled blue cheese.
Ingredients for the Vinaigrette
One part Cranberry Pear balsamic with two parts Blood Orange olive oil. Wisk together and toss with salad.
