A great addition to Thanksgiving. Very tasty!
2 lbs Brussels Sprouts, trimmed and thinly sliced 1c walnuts chopped 1/4c Trio Carmel EVOO 1c red onion, chopped 1c dried cranberries
Salt and pepper to taste
Toast walnuts over medium heat (no butter or oil) – 3-5 minutes Warm Trio Carmel EVOO in pan. Add Brussels sprouts, onion, salt and pepper. Stir until wilted. Remove from heat. Place Brussels sprouts mixture, toasted walnuts and cranberries into salad bowl and combine. Serves 10-12 people
